Is Your Back Pain Causing Your Digestive Problems

Dr. Karlo Mauro, N.D.

How many times have you said to yourself, "My back is killing me!"

It's one of the most common statements I hear from patients, as they start massaging their lower back with one hand.

If you've ever suffered from back pain, the problem most likely has nothing to do with your back.

Let me explain…

Everything in your body is connected like a single, tightly wrapped piece of rope.

When one area hurts, it reduces the function of another. If one organ isn't functioning properly... you feel it throughout your entire body.

And if the nutrients going in your body aren't reducing inflammation – they're CAUSING inflammation... which as you know, is the single worst enemy for your body.

I give my patients that have intestinal inflammation and/or back & neck pain these 3 very important tips of advice...

Tip #1 – You Must EAT Foods That Reduce Inflammation – omega 3 fatty acids (from nuts, olive oil, flaxseeds, fish oil, etc.), leafy green vegetables, berries, fruits,... these are all things you SHOULD be eating as they act as natural anti-inflammatories in your intestines and throughout your body.

Tip #2 – You Must AVOID Foods That Increase Inflammation – Sugars, pastries, soft drinks, white flour, hydrogenated oils, red meat... all of these foods must be avoided at all costs to avoid the inflammation in your intestines and the associated pain.

Tip #3 – Correct Your Back & Hip Muscle Imbalances – Very few people are aware that if you experience digestive symptoms, it can be directly attributed to back & hip muscle imbalances.

Most people can handle tip #1 and #2… most of the time.

They deal with tip #3 with many visits to the chiropractor, massage therapist and physiotherapist. All three are great treatment options which I often recommend to my patients.

However, I feel that if the underlying back & hip muscle imbalances are addressed with specific muscle rebalancing, stretching and strengthening exercises, the above therapies would be much more effective.

The lower part of your intestinal tract is supplied by nerves in your lower back area. So if you're experiencing back pain and bowel irregularity, they might me connected. Instead of treating your bowels with only dietary changes and anti-inflammatory supplements, you should also work on rebalancing your back/hip muscles.

I finally discovered an extremely thorough program that addresses your muscle imbalances. It was designed by the Healthy Back Institute which is recognized as one of the leading back pain relief experts in the world.

Right now they're giving away copies of their brand new updated and expanded book, "The 7-Day Back Pain Cure"… at no charge. I highly recommend you grab your free copy here.

They just finished a complete revision of the book with over 100 pages of new material. So this is the most up-to-date information you can get.

It shows you how to get to the root of back pain problems and fix them without drugs, injections or surgery. It also suggests numerous measures you can take to prevent back pain in the future.

It's not an eBook or anything like that. It's a real hardcopy book and it's for sale on Amazon and at Barnes & Noble, but don't go buy it because if you go to their website right now you can get a free copy. You just pay a small shipping fee...

So if you, a family member, friend or co-worker suffer from back, neck or sciatic pain, then you'll want to grab a copy of the Healthy Back Institute's new book asap.

They have helped so many people to finally get rid of their back pain. You can read all the amazing stories on their site.

Their book is great. In it they do what no one else in the medical community does, that is, put together all of the pieces.

Let's face it, most doctors have no idea how to cure back pain. So they "manage" it.

They tell you to rest and give you painkillers or muscle relaxants. But those pills just mask the pain. That's why you have to go back to your doctor and keep taking the medications over and over again. And when you stop taking them, the pain comes roaring back.

It's like sticking your finger in the hole to stop the leak. Oh, you may stop it for a while, but you're doing nothing to solve the real problem.

Wouldn't you rather get rid of your back pain for good? Virtually everyone can ease their pain significantly. And most people can end it for good.

Start by getting your own copy of the book, "The 7-Day Back Pain Cure."

What I think you'll find most interesting about the book is the part about WHY you have back pain.

Trust me – it's not what you think.

Getting rid of inflammation is just part of the battle. Plus, injuries and herniated/bulging discs aren't the true cause of your pain either.

In their book they show you:

• Why traditional treatments always FAIL to deliver lasting relief
• The 7 mistakes that most people make that keep them in pain
• How to identify the real, underlying causes of your pain
• Which treatments work, which ones don't and how to know which is right for you

If you follow their system and rebalance your back & hip muscles, the body will support the spine more evenly (automatically improving posture), allowing your chiropractic adjustments to hold the vertebrae back into position and taking pressure off the irritated nerves and muscles – thereby eliminating back pain and improving your bowel health.

Imagine what you'll do when your bowels are regular and your back doesn't hurt any more. Walk… garden… dance… play tennis. The sky's the limit.

It all starts with your free copy of The 7-Day Back Pain Cure.
